Hello there!

Sarah King Gold, Registered Social Worker at Root Bloom Thrive in Sudbury, Ontario

I’m Sarah (she/her/they)

A Registered Social Worker offering psychotherapy through a warm,
collaborative, and client-centred process where
all parts of you are welcome.

I work alongside individuals (18+) and couples to support their goals at a pace that feels right for them. My practice is trauma-informed and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, mindfulness, expressive arts,
and eco-therapy.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use or addictive patterns. I take a compassionate, harm-reduction approach to addictions.

I am a 2SLGBTQI+ affirming therapist, open to supporting all types of relationship structures. I am committed to creating a space where you can
show up fully as yourself.

If you’re ready to begin your therapy journey and think we’d be a good fit,
I’d love to connect.
